We have been working directly with Hewlett-Packard/Compaq since 1991 and have developed a solid 18-year relationship. In 2006, Hewlett-Packard awarded us with a contract as a 2nd-Tier Distributor, making MasterWorks an authorized source for Hewlett-Packard factory refurbished, end-of-life (EOL), and as-is products to resellers and end-users alike. MasterWorks is also an HP Authorized Parts Reseller, which gives us the ability to stock and sell parts for all HP systems, as well as for their full line of peripherals. As one of only a handful of companies in the country with this ability, the Authorized Parts Reseller status puts MasterWorks in an elite group of HP partners.

Our company focus is to handle up to 95% of Hewlett Packard’s end-of-life (EOL), factory refurbished products, and as-is products. MasterWorks’ certified technical staff completely tests and authenticates HP as-is products and guarantees all product offerings with a full 90-day warranty in addition to any remaining HP manufacturer warranty.
