MasterWorks Attends Association of Service and Computer Dealers International Annual Fall Conference2010

Houston, TX, October 6, 2010—Bob Munn, CEO of MasterWorks, and Alan Wheatley, Director of Business Development for MasterWorks attended The Association of Service and Computer Dealers International (ASCDI) Annual Fall Conference here.

Founded in 1981, ASCDI is a worldwide, nonprofit organization, representing IT companies that provide hardware, software, maintenance services, leasing services, business solutions, and value added services to the business community.

During the ASCDI Annual Fall Conference 2010 in San Francisco, Bob and Alan had the opportunity to learn about the latest technology trends, meet with leading vendors including IBM and HP, and gain a competitive edge in the IT market. The ASCDI Conference provides a great forum for networking with over 100 worldwide computer dealers.

 Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals CSCMP Annual Global Conference

San Diego Convention Center, San Diego, California

Houston, TX, September 29, 2010—Bob Munn, MasterWorks CEO and Bruce Cutler, MasterWorks COO, attended the CSCMP Annual Global Conference in San Diego, California, on September 27-29 along with 3,100 supply chain professionals from 41 countries. Sessions were offered in the educational tracks during the three-day event. This once-a-year event was filled with hundreds of hours of information and networking opportunities. MasterWorks developed at least four new business relationships and potential business partners.

Bob and Bruce shared new ideas and supply chain industry perspectives from two pre-conference workshops, Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management and Strategic Supply Chain Issues and the Sunday Educators’ Conference, they attended. The Supply Chain of the Future was one of the newest features to the conference, which had over 100 companies with interactive displays of supply chains in action.

MasterWorks Strengthens Sales and Marketing Capabilities

With Appointment of David A. Stavros, Vice President of Sales and Marketing

Company to Develop Cohesive Sales and Marketing Plan Under his Leadership

Houston, TX, June 3, 2010—MasterWorks International, Inc., a reseller of computer parts from the excess and idle inventory of computer manufacturers and their distribution channels, announced the addition of David A. Stavros to the executive team as its Vice President, Sales and Marketing. Effective today, Stavros is responsible for all elements of the company's sales and marketing efforts.

"David's appointment moves us significantly closer to creating a cohesive sales and marketing strategy that will enable us to profitably grow our business and satisfy our customers more effectively," said Bob Munn, founder, president and CEO of MasterWorks. “Stavros has more than 30 years of experience leading sales organizations, and we're confident he will be able to transform our current sales and marketing presence into a thriving global franchise."

Stavros joins MasterWorks after leadership roles at IBM, Compaq, Artisoft, Aarthun Performance Group and Personnel Decisions International/Ninth House. Stavros earned a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from the University of Arizona.

Bruce J. Cutler Promoted to Chief Operating MasterWorks International

Houston, TX, May 1, 2010—Bruce J. Cutler has been promoted to Chief Operating Officer of Masterworks International. For the past year he held the position of Vice President of Logistics & Operations, managing the parts processing and order fulfillment operations. With the promotion, he has also assumed new responsibilities over Purchasing and IT. This structure consolidates all Supply Chain related functions under one executive. As an officer of the company he has authority to negotiate contracts with major supply chain partners.

Prior to joining Masterworks, Mr. Cutler held executive supply chain positions at large retailers, as well as marketing and logistics management roles during his 16 years at Compaq Computer Corporation. He is an active member of the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP) and former officer of CSCMP's Houston Roundtable, where he has been the featured speaker several times. He holds an engineering degree from Georgia Tech and MBA from Columbia University.
