From the time products are received from our supply sources to the time we fulfill your orders, our products are double-and triple-checked by a team of knowledgeable product managers and technicians to ensure that you get the right equipment at a greater value.
Inventory Processing & Management
The inventory process begins with our experienced staff of certified technicians, who oversee the process from intake through remarketing. Our technicians receive computers, servers, storage equipment, and networking systems from numerous HP divisions, distributors, OEMs, value-added resellers (VARs), and various other supply sources. The condition of most of the computer hardware we intake ranges from factory sealed and demos to "as-is".
Next, the products or parts are pre-sorted, issued a MasterWorks serial number, fully tested, recertified, and then repackaged. All of the products and parts get our Master DoubleCheck Guarantee, and once stocked are ready for shipping and pickup within two hours. We also provide same-day tracking and invoice information.
Custom Orders
Our MasterWorks team can handle requests of all kinds, whether it’s a point of sale for replacement hardware or a complex array of equipment for a large engagement. We also have configure-to-order (CTO) capabilities, which allows you to customize and control your product or system's configuration.
We can also bundle products and give you a better deal, which is an added value beyond the recertified product upgrades we already offer.
In addition to our DoubleCheck quality control, all of our CTOs get a Master TripleCheck before the products are resealed and shipped.

We know how important it is to get your order right, so we keep our warehouse well stocked with products from laptops to mainframes for immediate shipment. Our 40,000-square foot warehouse keeps an extensive inventory of products in stock, with the capacity to ship out up to 28,000 pieces per month, so you’re assured that we have the product or part ready for QuickShip. And, we can guarantee overnight and on-time domestic shipping.
